– Recommended food must be consumed within 3 days upon receiving when kept in refrigeration.
– No cancellation 48 hours prior of delivery time, 50% refund. Changes can only be made 48 hours prior to delivery time.
– No refund for cancellations on day of delivery.
– The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed but Merchant will endeavour to deliver within the time frame. Delivery is subjected to weather and traffic conditions.
– No service deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin or any islands.
– Additional surcharge $10 for CBD area will be incurred for delivery unless between 11.00 am to before 12.00 noon (subject to availability slot)
